That's not very nice. You should slow down and take some time to relax. Do the best that you can as far as school goes, but schedule some relaxation time or something. Maybe you need to find something more relaxing than what's in your normal routine. Find the pool and go for a swim, or sit in the hot tub for 1/2 hour a couple times per week - that's pretty relaxing. They do have a pool and hot tub somewhere don't they? Of course, I never used such facilities while I was there. Or get out and go for a walk sometime - late afternoon walks around campus are really cool. If you can't make time any other way, skip a few tv shows or something. But mostly it's mental - let your mind release all the day's stress and just have some relaxing fun. You can't be trying to study all the time. You'll probably be more productive if you can set aside all thoughts of school in order to relax for a while and then pick it up again when you're all refreshed.
And if you think that life's been easier for anyone else, you're wrong. Everybody has to learn to deal with stress. Just think of a heart surgeon or somebody who had to go to school for 10 years or more to get the job they have now. I bet those last few years of med school are a lot harder than what you're going through now. And their daily jobs probably aren't any better, but I bet they've learned to deal with the stress a long time ago. Of course with the money they pull down, they can afford to unwind by taking a week in the Bahamas or somewhere. That'd be pretty cool.
